*All deposits are non-refundable however, they can be transferred to a future booking or redeemed on products if you cancel more than 48hrs before your appointment*
At Sam Tayla Hair, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime up to 48hrs before the start time of the appointment without incurring an additional fee. We send out a text 1 week prior to your appointment to ensure you have enough time to reschedule or cancel before our cancelation window.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment at Sam Tayla Hair you can follow the change/cancel link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email. The salon closes 2pm Saturday and re opens 9.30am Tuesday any voicemails left during this time will not be checked, and will not be included in the 48-hour notice time frame. During out of hours, please email us to notify us of any changes that need to be made to your appointment
If you wish to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hrs before your appointment, we take 50% of your total appointment fee as a cancellation fee. If you don’t show up for your appointment, we have no way of trying to fill your spot so you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
If you can’t attend an appointment due to unforeseen sickness (including covid) we will require a copy of a medical certificate in order to consider waiving any cancellation fees.
For all bookings we require a 25% deposit, this must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We also require your card details to be on file, your card will only be charged with your permission, or unless you fail to show to your appointment. This booking fee is non-refundable. All credit card details are securely managed by our payment processor through Timely.
Late policy - If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment without prior notice Samantha Tayla Hair reserves the right to reschedule your appointment to a preferred time.
Re servicing policy - The team at Samantha Tayla hair aims to satisfy clients and prioritise their needs and requirements. If you are unsatisfied with the service the Samantha Tayla Hair team will honour a 7 day re servicing policy. You will have 7 days to contact the salon with your concerns in order to receive a re service. Re servicing appointments will need to be within 3 weeks of original appointment.
Colour client policy - Colour clients will be subject to a 25% non-refundable fee. Some larger colour services will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable booking fee, which will be deducted from first appointment.
